Our staff brings years of hands-on experience working with dogs and a deep understanding of canine behavior, safety, and group dynamics. We work closely together to ensure every dog receives consistent, attentive care in a calm and well-managed environment.
Megan Graves
Director of Operations
Megan brings over 12 years of experience working with dogs, with a strong focus on behavior, health, and overall well-being. As Director of Operations, she oversees daily care standards and ensures every dog is in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Megan is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, and she takes pride in leading a team where every staff member holds the same certification, reinforcing Marin Canine Club’s commitment to safety and preparedness.
Her background is diverse and hands-on, including work as a nanny, wildland firefighter, EMT, and outdoor instructor in sea kayaking and backpacking. These experiences contribute to her calm, capable approach and strong situational awareness when caring for dogs.
Megan lives in Mill Valley with her two large hound dogs, her partner Newton, and an impressive collection of houseplants—along with a frog named Pete.
Caitlin Ray
Director of Staff
Caitlin brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience working with dogs, a field she has been passionate about since she was 18. Her entire career has been rooted in kennel environments, where she has developed deep expertise in both dog care and team leadership.
As Director of Staff, Caitlin focuses on supporting and developing the team, ensuring every staff member is confident, capable, and set up for success in working with dogs. She believes that great care starts with a strong team and takes pride in mentoring staff while maintaining high standards throughout the facility.
While she leads the team, Caitlin remains actively involved in daily operations and still enjoys being out with the dogs, working directly in play groups and staying connected to the care experience.
Caitlin is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR, along with the rest of the Marin Canine Club team, reflecting a shared commitment to safety and preparedness.
She lives in Novato with her husband, their son, their newborn daughter, and their two dogs, Dobby and Bellatrix.
Eden Manulkin
Lead Dog Care Specialist
Eden has been an integral part of the team for over two years and is known for her natural ability to connect with dogs of all personalities.
She has a special talent for working with more reserved or shy dogs, taking the time to help them feel comfortable, safe, and confident in a group setting. Her patience and attentiveness make a meaningful difference for dogs who need a little extra support.
Eden also plays a key role in training new team members. She helps guide staff as they learn how to manage play groups, read dog behavior, and build confidence in supervising dogs safely and effectively.
Her positive attitude and sense of humor bring energy to the team and help create a fun, supportive environment for both staff and dogs.

Elijah Switzer
Lead Dog Care Specialist
Elijah is the longest-tenured member of the team and a key part of Marin Canine Club’s day-to-day operations.
Over the years, he has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, from supervising play groups and working directly with dogs to supporting facility maintenance and assisting with client interactions. His versatility and willingness to step in wherever needed have made him an essential part of the team.
Elijah is especially great with dogs and has a natural connection with them, particularly the smaller dogs in our care. His calm presence and attentiveness help create a safe and positive environment for every dog he works with.
Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Elijah consistently shows up ready to take on whatever is needed. Whether it’s learning a new skill, supporting the team, or solving a problem, he approaches everything with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
