Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can schedule your dog’s first visit by contacting us or booking online. Before joining daycare or boarding, every dog completes a behavioral evaluation.

  • The initial evaluation is done over the phone and allows our team to learn more about your pup and to make an educated guess as to their best placement within our pack.  On their first day with us we will observe your dog’s behavior in a new environment and during interaction with other dogs. This helps ensure that play groups remain safe and well matched.

  • Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations.

  • Our team thoughtfully places dogs into play groups based on compatibility, activity level, and social style so every dog can interact comfortably and safely.

  • Many dogs are new to daycare environments. Our team helps dogs transition comfortably by introducing them gradually and ensuring they feel safe.

  • Yes. At our current location, we are able to offer overnight stays for small dogs. Larger dogs are welcome for daycare while we prepare for our future permanent location.

  • Typically just your dog! If your dog is staying overnight, we will provide guidance on any items that may help them feel more comfortable.
